Payment Terms:

Payment via bank transfer will incur a AUD30 transfer & admin fee.

*Corporate Travel Buyer delegate passes
Corporate Travel Buyer passes are strictly made available to full time travel buyers/procurement/category leads at corporations. They may not be used by suppliers, consultants, advisors, TMCs or any other non buy-side professionals. Corporate Travel Buyer delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications.

Media delegate passes: To apply email your full name, company name and job title to events@centreforaviation.com 
Media delegate passes include access to the summit day sessions and networking reception. Registrations may incur a cost. Media delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the media delegate passes. All registered Media Delegates must reference "CAPA - Centre for Aviation" and/or "CAPA-ACTE Global Summit & Corporate Lodging Forum" in any articles generated from the event and/or event sidelines.

Delegates are entitled to conference refreshments and lunch, the networking drinks and full conference sessions.
Your conference ticket does not cover costs associated with travel to/in Sydney. Factors such as travel and insurance must be organised by the attendee.
