Your registrations details: Your company, job title and full name will be used for printing purposes. By finalising your registration, you agree that the information you have provided is correct.

CAPA will happily accept replacement delegates, however delegate passes cannot be shared or split between delegates under any circumstances.

CAPA has the right to refuse, refund or reject registrations.

For Credit Card transactions, your order will be processed in AUD. Daily currency fluctuations and any credit card and/or international transaction fees that your bank may charge may result in slight variations to the amount charged to your card.

Media delegate passes: To apply email your full name, company name and job title to events@centreforaviation.com. Media delegate passes include access to the summit day sessions and networking reception. Registrations may incur a cost. Media delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the media delegate passes. All registered Media Delegates must reference "CAPA - Centre for Aviation" and/or "ACTE" in any articles generated from the event and/or event sidelines.

Insurance, travel and accommodation: Insurance, travel and accommodation will be the responsibility of the attending delegate. CAPA - Centre for Aviation shall not be responsible in any way for personal injury to the delegate or his staff, agents, contractors, invitees or members of the public, travel and accommodation.

Corporate Travel Buyer categories: Corporate Travel Buyer passes are only available to full time travel buyers/procurement/category leads at corporations. They may not be used by suppliers, consultants, advisors, TMCs or any other non buy-side professionals. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications.

Cancellations must be made in writing to CAPA Events. Refunds will be based on the date of receipt, cancellation date and issued as follows:
45 or more days prior to the event – 100% of the registered amount less AUD100 administration and bank fees per delegate.
15-44 days prior to the event – 50% refund of the registered amount less AUD100 administration and bank fees per delegate.
14 days or less prior to the event – no refund. Once the conference has commenced – strictly no refund. (Discounted registrations are strictly non-transferable).

Any approved refunds will be issued following the conclusion of the event only and will be processed in AUD (as per the AUD amount outlined on your receipt less the credit card fee).

CAPA - Centre for Aviation reserves the right to amend or cancel the programme schedule, speakers or topics without prior notice to participants.
